In January, Dr. Janos Gergely, Professor of Civil Engineering at UNCC, conducted a presentation on Bridges to the students in the Bridge Building class. Dr. Gergely offered suggestions about the students' scale drawings as they prepare to enter the 2004 NCDOT Bridge Building Competition.
