For the third year in a row, Woodlawn sent a team of talented students to the regional MathCounts competition in Hickory, NC. This year's team was led by 7th grader Terin P., who placed 14th out of nearly 300 students at the event. With solid performances by 8th graders Eloise A., Olivia P., and Katie D., and alternate Sawyer B., Woodlawn placed 7th out of 29 schools - its best finish ever at the regional event.
