7/8/9th Grade Students Shine in National History Day Competition

Archived Events

The 2006 National History Day theme is "Taking a Stand in History: People, Places, Events." For the second year in a row, Woodlawn sent a team of talented students to the regional NHD competition in Charlotte. Last year, two of our eighth grade students advanced all the way to the national finals in the Documentary category. This year's competitors from Woodlawn included 14 seventh graders, 9 eighth graders, and 1 ninth grader.
