Varsity runners joined teams from across the Carolinas as they competed in the Cannon Invitational 5K on a warm September afternoon. This meet represented the first time Woodlawn has fielded a varsity team in any sport. The boys team was composed of 5 freshmen, and the girls were represented by sophomore Kathleen E., who made a dramatic pass to finish runner-up in her race. Complete results are published below.
