Woodlawn has adopted a stretch of Hwy 115 that begins in Mecklenburg County just north of Davidson and ends at Bridges Farm Road in Iredell County. On a Saturday morning in January (not the best of weather conditions), several middle schoolers and parents gathered to make a difference on Hwy 115. Along the way, they found a bowling ball, stop sign, bones from a dog(?), and plenty of other interesting litter.
