Woodlawn traveled to Lake Norman Charter School in Huntersville on an unseasonably warm day in early November. The Trailblazers were looking for their second consecutive victory, but they were faced with a tough, single-loop course on a heavy grass surface. Despite their unfamiliarity with the course, they again came through with solid performances, led by Matt S. and Alec S., who snagged the first and second finishing spots. As was the case in the preceding week, a tight-knit group of Woodlawn runners wrapped up the 5th through 8th positions to seal the victory.
