Girls Volleyball

Coach Mickey Thomas leads an inexperienced but enthusiastic team into our inaugural season of volleyball - see their schedule and results.
Golf

Our golf team is loaded with experienced 8th graders who are looking to make some noise in the PAC-8 this season. Coaches O'Connell and Black lead the team in their quest for low-scoring rounds - see their schedule and results.
Girls Basketball

Second year coach Pat Healy led a more experienced girls team into conference play this year. He counted on leadership from 8th graders Stacy M. and Emma H. - see their schedule and results.
Boys Basketball

Our boys team persevered through a demanding PAC-8 schedule, duplicating last year's 4th place conference finish. This year's team was coached by Josh Roberts and led by all-conference players Collin B., Davis E., and Daniel W. - see their schedule and results.
Cheer and Drum Corps

Our cheer and drum corps returned for their second year under the direction of Coach Laura Schumacher and assisted by Andy Agcaoili - this year they finished in 2nd place in the conference championship. They again represented Woodlawn in the North Mecklenburg Christmas Parade as well.
Cross Country

Our middle school girls and boys teams both successfully defended their PAC-8 championships this year. The boys, led by 7th grader Zack Scott, finished 16 points ahead of runner-up Statesville Montessori in the championship race. Our girls, paced by 7th grader Annie Wacker, were even more dominant, finishing 34 points ahead of runner-up North Hills. Check out this season's middle school meet schedule and results. Our varsity girls and boys teams also fared well (in our first season of fielding a high school varsity team) - see their schedule and results.
Soccer

Coach Sullivan took advantage of this year's experienced team by posting a 6-4-2 conference match record, placing 3rd in the PAC-8. Captains Collin B. and Abbie W., along with all-conference players Bradford W., Davis E., Stacy M., and Zach L., provided the leadership needed for Woodlawn's best-ever soccer season. See the 2007 match schedule and results.
